Dear VALENTINE,
You may not know me (yet) so I'm writing to say "hi."
"Hi!"
I sit in front of you in second period, Ms. Produce's class. I was wearing a cute light pink dress with a white polka-dotted headband today. Don't worry, I not only dress cute, I'm also cute person. My mom can confirm that.
So I was eating Conversation Hearts the other day and the first heart I pulled out of the bag read, "LOVE LETTER." I took that as a sign that I should write you this letter.
VALENTINE, I think you're cute. I'm sure your mom can confirm that.
Cute Girl + Cute Boy = ♥ Happily Ever After
Now I know it's usually the boy who showers the girl with flowers but we live in 2012. Let's not be grandmas and grandpas. The flower I'm giving you is from my Auntie Lin's garden. Auntie Lin tells me it's called a "flower pepper." Unlike some other flowers, it's edible. It's also spicy, like our love, no?
Give us a chance. If you do, I'll make sure to feed you well. My mom tells me food is the way to a boy's heart so we always have a variety of fruits and veggies at home. Just look at some of the things we got from our community produce exchange this weekend!
Don't they look good?
If you're mine, I'll make sure to take you to the produce exchange every month. We'll select our favorite produce and then stroll, hand in hand, through the park back to my house. I'll cook your favorite meal (and try not to burn down the house).
Have I reached your smile yet?
If not, perhaps the last Conversation Heart in this bag will. It reads, "CALL ME."
Cute Girl + Cute Boy = ♥ Happily Ever After
Our moms can confirm that.
Moms are always right.
♥,
Your VALENTINE
cute post, Yao! ;)
